Accessible website - NO Assitive Technologies required

Normally government websites are mandatory that the site should be Accessibility. NIH Senior Health went next step and activated the Aural Style Sheet.

Screen Readers:

Visually Challanged people need not invest on buying Assistive technology like Jaws. Microsoft Windows Vistas screen reader "Narrator" is powerful enough for Budget Screen Readers.

Accessibility Standards:

As per the accessibility standards, its important while HTML authoring that page should be compatible with Screen Readers to understand the page.
More Accessibility Standards are available in W3 web Accessibility Initiatives. WAI speaks about Web accessibility Standards.

If you want to read more on Accessibility standards, read the below link. No Assitive Technologies required for smaller websites.
