Freelance Visual Designers/ Icon Designers needed

Hi,

I'm in need of a visual designer and an icon designer for a couple of projects. Here is a brief summary of the requirement.

Visual Designer: Exceptional visual designer who is comfortable with design essentials and can provide XHTML/CSS designs that are both aesthetically stunning and XHTML/Standards compliant. We would like somebody who has displayed a flair for coming up with phenomenal designs and hence a portfolio of past work is essential. The current project could take about a
month and compensation would be the best in the industry. If you feel you have an interest in this project, please get back to me with a brief background about you and a link to an online portfolio.

Icon Designer: Outstanding Illustrator/Icon designer who has the ability to illustrate icons in various sizes for a windows based application. The designer should be able to carry out the illustrations and provide icons that have a consistent style and are intuitive to understand. We will provide you with the background and the iconography, and you would need to come up with at least 500 icons that meet our quality criteria. Both these projects would pay well however quality and timely delivery is essential. The company is based out of Bangalore, but you could be based out of anywhere for this project, however designers from Bangalore may be given a preference, given the logistics involved.
