Form fields - Exceptions

When we provide the width of text field especially to date field, we usually give values 11 or 16 pixel width based on the date format. But there are scenarios like shown below (screenshot from picasaweb) width of the text box is extended to maximum for design purpose. To make the design prettier width of date field is extended equal to other text fields and pages looks neat. These are exceptional scenarios.



While creating complicated forms we are lot more concious on spacing and providing width to form elements.
