Designation: Team Lead - Product Development
Location: New Delhi, India

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building dynamic and interactive web applications and new innovative features
• Strategically evaluate and implement new technologies that result in compelling consumer products
• Engage in all aspects of development - coding, testing and quality assurance
• Float inventive ideas to make the product best in its category
• Direct, build, and mentor rest of the product development team
  
  

Ideal Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in latest web technologies
• Knowledge of Internet applications and protocols
• Rapid prototyping and product development
• Strong sense of usability aspects of web products
• Exceptional analytical, communication and organization skills
• Hard working and flexible in order to finish tasks with pressing deadlines
  

Specific Technical Requirement & Expertise
The ideal candidate would have expertise in the latest web technologies. Some of the required technologies are:

· LAMP
· Flash, Action Scripting, AMF
· Rapid development frameworks
· AJAX
· XML, HTML,DHTML, CSS, Java Script

Experience and Education

• 3+ years experience in developing consumer based websites
• Led web product developments
• B.E/B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech/Phd
