Need a Freelancer - RIA, Flex

I Require a freelancer who has the following skill sets

a) Some level of LAMP based knowledge - technical architecture, designing a
system etc.
b) Someone w/ Rich Internet Application experience ( Flex, OpenLaszlo etc.)
