Job Title: UI Designer (Location: Pune, India)

Job Description:

• 3-4 years of professional user interface design experience..
• Develop visual strategy, including color scheme, design theme and typography skills.
  
• Create visual designs to present internally and to clients.
• Experience employing an iterative, user-centric design process
• Knowledge of user interface design principles, best practices and standards
• Work closely with developers to turn designs into finished applications.
• In depth understanding of modern front-end interactive technologies such as HTML, DHTML, DOM, JavaScript, Ajax, UI, CSS and layouts, Web 2.0.
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of business goals with the ability to translate them into intuitive designs
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand a brand and maintain its integrity throughout a design.
• Ability to develop HTML templates, CSS files and necessary images assets that meet Section 508 guidelines.
• Experience creating designs that use CSS-based, table-less layouts is a plus.
  
• Any experience with information architecture, user testing and/or
  requirements analysis is a plus.
