Job Description:

• 3-4 years experience in user interface design for software and/or interactive hardware.
• Good understanding of user centered design process.
• Knowledge of user research methods for understanding user goals and tasks and write use cases and persona.
• Conceptualize, design and translate ideas and requirements into wireframes and specifications.
• Experience on task analysis, heuristic evaluations
• Perform design reviews and organize usability testing during various phases of product development to evaluate and iterate the designs.
• Good knowledge of design principles and aesthetic sense.
• A Bachelors/Master level design education.
• Good knowledge of interface design processes and methodology.
• Experienced on usability testing of web sites and web applications.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Visio, PhotoShop, Axure, Dreamweaver, Flash.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
